Busy with Upgrading Myself.

I have been busy with upgrading myself. It took a year of qualifying courses and studying but I have passed the CA State Broker licensing exam and upgraded my Sales Agent License to a Broker Licenses. I am already a licensed Real Estate Broker in NY and I am shocked how much more material and understanding was required for California.  California is a vast state with many different regions of terrain which requires a better understanding of factors surrounding the purchase of Real property. I am proud to be a "Bi-Coastal Broker" now I can service my clients in the capacity they deserve.  "Beat your own records everyday and aim for a better tomorrow." -Unknown
